How do I decide which size Fuf (Foof) Chair to buy?

What is the optional liner for?

The optional liner for any Fuf (Foof) product is made of plain cotton and is what contains the urethane foam fill. Investing in the liner allows you to remove the outer cover for cleaning. Since a Fuf (Foof) is made to last a good long time, being able to clean the cover from time to time will keep your Fuf (Foof) looking like new for years to come.

How do I clean my fuf (Foof) Chair?

All fabrics are machine-washable and feature a double-zipper for added safety. If you add an inner liner, which 95% of customers do, then you can remove the cover and wash it. Otherwise, the foam is directly inside the cover and therefore the cover cannot be removed, so you will just be able to spot clean the fabric.

How are the fuf (Foof) Chairs shipped?

They are shipped free via UPS from Grand Rapids, MI. The chairs are vacuum compressed to reduce size for easier shipment.

How long does it take for an order to ship?

Most orders ship out in 10 business days, unless you are oredering a quick ship item (3 days) All orders are custom made and shipped by the manufacturer. Fuf (Foof) Chairs cannot always be kept in stock due to the wide variations in sizes, colors, fabrics, and choice of inner liner. With hundreds of orders coming in every day, the manufacturer cannot keep thousands of Foof Chairs in all colors, sizes, fabrics, and with or without the inner liner. There just isn't enough room!

There is a one-year warranty against rips and tears in the seam. If your cover comes apart, just let us know and we'll replace it...free!

Why can’t I open the zipper, is it broken?

In the interests of protecting babies and small children from opening the beanbag and the possibility of accidentally swallowing or inhaling the polystyrene beads - we have safety locking zips as standard on ALL our bean bags. This effectively seals the bean bag and makes it difficult for children to open.

What is an inner liner and what is it for?

The inner liner allows you to remove the cover and change it or wash it.

What is the difference between a liner and a cover?

The cover comes in a variety of colors and fabrics and goes on the outside while the liner comes in one fabric and goes on the inside, underneath the cover.

Can you ship to an APO/FBO of PO box?

Unfortunately, all of our products are shipped via UPS and they will only ship to a physical address.

How big is the box when shipped?

That depends on what item you order. Box sizes vary from 16x16x16 to 30x30x30.

All bean bag furniture is vacuum-packed for delivery to allow shipping in

such small boxes. After removing the bean bag from the package, some manipulation or handling may be required to get it to its desired shape. Fuf (Foof) foam will compress during shipping, and may take several days to expand to full size.

How do I put the cover on my fuf (Foof) chair?

These instructions are included in every box, however we have put it on our website as well, because it is very important to follow these directions exactly. Once you unpack your chair, and it has expanded to its full shape,it is much harder to place the cover over the top of it.

My fuf (Foof) chair looks uneven what should I do?

All of our fuf (Foof) chairs are vacuum packed before shipping. After unpacking your fuf (Foof) furniture, you may have to handle and manipulate your chairs to get them to their full shape. Some poofing, squeezing, and shifting may be required! If you have ordered a Fuf (Foof) product, you may need to wait several days for the Fuf (Foof) foam to expand to its full capacity as they will compress with vacuum packing.
