We ship to the contiguous 48 States only (which excludes Alaska and Hawaii) to physical addresses only (no PO / APO / FPO boxes) Monday through Friday. Since all Comfort Research products are made-to-order, they ship within 10 business days of receipt of payment. New Policy, effective June 1, 2007: If you cancel your order without allowing 10 business days for shipping, there will be a 15% Cancellation Fee deducted from the Refund to your credit card.
